Hey friends! I’m finally on the last leg of my study abroad experience and I’m so excited to finally be in Paris! I’ve been here for about two weeks now and I wanted to recap what I did just in the first week with a few pictures. Once the semester is over, I plan to do a full recap, but for now I’ll be covering my first week here in the “city of light”!
Paris is everything and more than I thought it would be. Paris has so much to offer and so much history that I can’t wait to experience these next five weeks! So far, I’ve been able to do a few things between the two classes I’m taking. I’ve made it to Mass at the Notre Dame, browsed Le Bon Marche, scaled the Arche de Triomphe (for some pretty incredible views!), shopped on the Avenue Champs Elysses, snacked on some macarons from the infamous Lauduree (big thanks to our student life coordinator for getting us those pricey sweets), stood under the Eiffel Tower, watched it sparkle from the Pont Alexandre III, visited the Louvre, shopped the Christmas Markets on the Avenue Champs Elysses, and made some pretty good memories already. Check out these photos from my very first week in Paris! To keep up with my Paris adventures, follow me on my instagram @keighlaexum!
